Coach Final Project

I have had the pleasure of working as the Print Design Apprentice for Coach’s Retail/1941 Print Team. For our final project, we were tasked with coming up with a concept and designing a collection from this inspiration.

Like any good Nashville-ian, I love Dolly Parton and the bright, bedazzled costumes she wore in the beginning of her career. This led me down a rabbit hole to discover Nudie Cohn, the Rodeo Tailor. For my final project, I created a scarf collection inspired by the Great American Nudie Suit.

All preliminary paintings were hand painted by me in Acryla gouache and scanned and manipulated in Photoshop to create this collection.
